Happy Monday, friends! I can not believe it is already October! If you are anything like me, October starts the busiest time of the year. With holidays and cooler weather, we have tons of weekend getaways planned and it will be Christmas before we know it! With a new month also comes new and exciting things for Mikaela J. I am SO excited to start participating in a Mommy Monday series with some other great mommy and style bloggers. Each month we will share some of our favorite products with you. This month I am thrilled to share one of my absolute favorite totes. This Crab & Cleek tote was my go-to all summer long and I am excited to start using it as my carry on for all of my trips this fall. It is the perfect size and can double as my diaper bag when we are out and about.
Well, summer is over and for my kiddos, that means one thing…Disney World! We are annual pass holders and my kids literally count down the days until our blackout dates are lifted so we can return to the happiest place on earth. With us living in Orlando, it was a no-brainer to purchase annual passes and we spend most of our open weekends spinning, flying and eating our way through the Disney parks.
Planning a family trip with little ones can certainly be a daunting task. When you make plans to invest in a vacation, you want to be sure that the whole family will have an amazing time. It can be tricky selecting a location that will be fun for toddlers, teens, and adults. Not only finding a location that meets the needs of all of your family members but being mindful of the cost is extremely important. With flights, lodging, meals, and any fun activities or excursions, a family vacation can rapidly grow to the point of becoming financially unachievable. Especially with a big family, it can be hard to estimate the prices in advance. This is why I love the idea of an all-inclusive resort vacation!
Choosing an all-inclusive location means knowing the entire cost before your trip even begins. It also means not having to worry about unexpected expenses popping up along the way. When you’re a family on a budget, those surprise can be enough to ruin the trip, and when you’re on vacation the last thing you want to do is stress over a budget. All-inclusive means that your family’s hotel, meals, and drinks are included in one neat package. Many times, this will also include some activities, services, and excursions. If you’re looking for a way to vacation with your family, in a financially manageable way, I’ve compiled a list of some of the best family-friendly all-inclusive resorts that will make planning your next trip a breeze!

This fantastic beach resort is the perfect destination for children of all ages. Kids receive a “slime smoothie” upon arrival, and the slime fun continues from there! Kiddos can enjoy the Aqua Nick Playground, photo ops with some of the most famous Nickelodeon characters, or check out the kids club. While your kids are sliming each other, adults can relax at the spa, participate in yoga and dance classes, or check out the adults-only restaurant and lounge! Together the whole family can take a dip in any one of the nine pools, or enjoy a gourmet meal, all without worrying about cost or expense. For families with children of varying ages, Nickelodeon’s Punta Cana Resort is the destination for you!

My hubby and I are always so busy that we are always looking for ways to sneak away with the family and enjoy some much-deserved beach time! Breathing in the salty air and feeling the sand in your toes has a therapeutic feeling that can recharge you in ways you can’t imagine.
Living outside of Orlando, we have access to so many weekend getaway spots. We are so lucky to have some of the most beautiful beach towns within a short drive. When searching for the perfect weekend spot for Father’s Day, I knew we wanted to try somewhere new. A girlfriend suggested Longboat Key Club and after looking at the website, I was sold.
When we pulled through the gate to the private entrance of the Longboat Key Club, we were greeted with plush landscaping, a friendly staff and the most beautiful views of blue and green water. We planned to arrive early so our room wasn’t ready yet, but that didn’t stop us from heading right down to the beach and the pool. The front desk gave us a temporary card so we could take advantage of all the amenities while we waited for our room to be ready.
