happy valentine’s day

Say what you will about Valentine’s Day, but I have always loved the holiday.  As you probably know, I love any excuse to get dressed up and decorate, and Valentine’s Day screams cheesy decorations and festive attire.  I prefer staying in and cooking something special as opposed to going to an over-priced dinner.  I get giddy about creating a beautiful tablescape and selecting the perfect wine for the evening.  This year, 8 months pregnant, our Valentine’s Day is going to be a low key evening in front of the tv with take-out from Whole Foods.  I wouldn’t have it any other way!
