Sooo I have been going back and forth on whether or not this is something I wanted to do, but after thinking a lot about it, I decided to just go for it!
I have decided to start a new fitness/workout program to get ready for summer and swimsuit season. I have heard such great things about the BBG program and I have been wanting to get started for a while! If you aren’t familiar with the program, it is a 12 week program consisting of high-sweat 28 minute resistance training sessions. You do 3 sessions each week and incorporate cardio and rest days as well. I purchased the app which I think is amazing so far. It gives you recipe and diet ideas, calendars to plan your workouts and tips and tricks to help you stay motivated.
One of the main reasons I am so pumped for the program is that I have found it so hard to find time to make it to the gym each day. I have two kiddos and by the time my husband stops working I have so much do to at home that the gym is closed by the time I can make it out of the door. This program I can do at home whenever I have 28 minutes to myself, which hopefully I can do!
The BBG program encourages you to take before photos so that you can track your progress. So without further ado, here are my before photos! I can’t wait to get started and share my experience with the program with you!
