weeknight meatballs {recipe}

My husband is Italian and I knew when we first met that if I was ever going to have a chance, I better learn how to make a good meatball.  I am no Giada, but I found a recipe that the whole family likes and it only takes about 30 minutes.  I throw a batch of these together on a weeknight and freeze half for another meal later in the month.  They also freeze really well unbaked so they are a perfect make-ahead meal!  Buon appetito!
