The Best Guacamole Recipe

Servings: 2 Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Ripe Avocados Halved and Pitted
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved or Quartered
  • 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion Small Dice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
  • 2 Limes Juiced
  • 1 Small Jalapeno Finely Diced and Seeded, Optional

Method
 

  1. Half and pit each of the avocados and use a spoon to remove the avocados into a bowl
  2. Roughly mash the avocado in the bowl - do not over mash
  3. Gently stir in the diced onion, cilantro, tomatoes, lime juice, salt, pepper and jalapeno (if using)
  4. Taste the guacamole and add more salt, pepper or lime juice, if needed
  5. Serve with chips and enjoy!
